English Tea's refreshing Green Tea, which is made following ancient Chinese techniques and is packed with antioxidants, is sure to purify and relax. A favorite of ours. Directions: To make hot tea: Put one tea bag in the cup of your choice. 200 ml of recently heated water should be added, and the tea should be let to steep for 2 to 3 minutes. As desired, add sugar. With your aromatic infusion, take a seat and unwind. To produce one liter (one US quart) of iced tea: Boil six tea bags in one US pint of freshly boiled water (500 ml). Give it two to three minutes to infuse. Serve chilled or with ice. Enjoy with chosen amounts of sugar!
